Wild Game Pricing
All Game processed at Maple Valley Meats is totally Individually processed. This means the meat you bring in is the meat your take home, whether processing carcass or trimmings!
Tips to Insure Your Game Is The Best It Can Be!
Clean the cavity of your carcass thoroughly. Make sure to cool the animal as quickly as possible, out of sun and hang up to let air cool it from all sides, preferably air temp should be below 40 degrees.
If boning your own game, be sure to remove excess fat, hair and blood clots. Be sure trimmings are packaged properly for freezer storage. Packages should be between 5 to 20 lbs, larger blocks do not thaw evenly.
If any questions on how to handle your game for specific products, please call in advance, so we can answer any questions or concerns. We will be happy to aid you in the most cost effective way for us to process your game.

After product completion, we would appreciate your product picked up as
soon as possible, as we are very crowded for freezer room, if not picked
up within 15 days,storage charge will be added at a minimum of $10.00 per month
